Our Goals

To support our mission, the MPLCA will:

1. Fund $50K annually through the Joan's Legacy Foundation through fund-raising efforts and apparel sales.

2. Enlighten people as to the number of lives that lung cancer effects and the disproportionate amount of funding dedicated to research. Encourage the principles of giving through Time, Talent, and Treasure to the fight for the cure of lung cancer. Increase awareness that lung cancer can strike anyone and that it is not just a smoker's disease.

3. Honor Mike's love of life, family, friends, children, and dogs by continuing the fight for the cure. Currently, lung cancer is Larger than Life. Our objective is to make Life Larger than Lung Cancer.
